2-20-12 - Message of hope and encouragement in the face of dissappointment. The video for "HERE's TO THE DREAMERS" is all but finished.. we need to re-shoot a 10 second spot, then ..done... Vid is a combination of stick figure animation and video clips... with a guest appearance by the 1000 year old man's brother (see Sometimes in the Dark video).

2-13-12 started work on an animated video for 'Here's to the Dreamers' .... ALSO Looks like IMACT DANCE & PERFORMING ARTS CENTER will be doing something on video with music from RED GREEN BLUE ..can't wait to see that !!!

HAPPY NEW YEAR - every year on new years day I get a new pair of sneakers and a ponytail trim between the hours of 8-11:59AM (whether I need them or not) .. got a nice pair of Asics this year...ooooo comphy ....but I missed the deadline for a haircut ..so ...we wait a year.

12-6-11 Gave my Bestie Marty Barrett a rough mix of 4 songs from the upcoming CD.. he popped it into the Car player and turned it up ...good sign...

12-4-11 started working on this year's Christmas Special. This year we'll include some footage from the historic Marietta Sq Nativity, some of our favorite musician's recipes and some spontanious interviews.

12-2-11 wow a lot has happened since the 20th.. the music that happened when Kenny Bentley, Stan Coates, Ollie Patterson and me took flight on the 20th has still got me spinning. we are doing a few rehearsals and going to play on the Marietta Sq on the 16th. and are planning on some other events and possibly a conference early next year. seems we have all been tarying for a specific move of God and are all ready to ride the wave the Holy Spirit has brought our way. right now I am scary excited and popping with expectation. rehearse monday .. wow

10-27-11 A couple nites ago I went to Center Stage Vinyle to see an event called 'the sounds of Daniel Bashta'. the evening included Daniel Bashta's band, his sister Harvest, his friend Matt Jackson and Unhindered. Unhindered - I have long been a fan of Unhindered. Pat / Ben / and the guys ROCKED (as expected) I love the drive, passion and message of this band they were an amazingly good fit for the adult setting of a downtown ATL venue.

1-16-11 Had a great week here in ATL. ice and snow kept me shut in and I was able to spend a lot of time with my beloved, do some much needed woodshedding and start the learning curves on some new equipment that will be used on the next CD. Way fun!!!! One more day and back to the routine. Great week of Prayer and worship lined up. I will be sitting in with the Thrusday and Friday 8:00-10:00 crews at the Cross this week so come if you can.. it will be fun.
1-7-11 Heading back into the studio to start on a new batch of music. I can't wait to see and hear what God will do this time. I feel that I have been given a direction for this project and am really looking forward to the journey.
1-4-11 Just finished mixing the OMG project with Tommy A Stevenson!! I am very happy with the results!! this is Soaking Worship Music designed as a perfect bacground for prayer and intersession times. We should have this masterd and ready to go in a few weeks.
12-31-10 I will be leading worship at Liberty Church in Marietta Ga with Kenny Bentley and Terry Sehler (aka the Mighty Mighty Joytones). We are looking forward to some Serious Spirit Led Worship and will be doing some of the new songs from the CD SERVANT and lots of our older favorites. Come to more than one service if you can (there are seven in a weekend ) as they will all be a bit different.
Times and seasons change, this will be the last time I lead at Liberty. Last year I cut back to playing one weekend a month and only leading 4 times. I have been serving at Liberty for over 10 years and the things I came to do have been done and passed on to others, so, it is time to move out. Over the last three years I have been working more with New Covenant Community Church in Chamblee, the Cross Worship Ministry and River's Edge Churches, sitting in on Worship nights based out of River Stone Church and working on more Recordings, Videos and Art. I am busier than I have ever been and see the Lord working and anointing through the things my wife Gaylen and I are doing. I hope to be included in the worship band at Liberty when Tommy A Stevenson leads, it is always a joy to play with such a good friend and brother in Christ. So- this is not a good-bye to Liberty it is a change of season and focus for Gaylen and I as our mission expands and we follow God. See you soon.

11-20-10 Met some new folks last night at the Third Friday Worship Circle (seach for this on facebook). I am hoping that groups like this keep forming. I am loving the trend I see toward smaller groups getting together to worship.
11-12-10 I will be leading worship at River's Edge for the first time (there) this coming Sunday. I really like the 'my hands off /Holy Spirit's hands on' approach that (pastor) David Moore takes with his church, people and life.
11-11-10 Now this is what its really about for me. Played with Tommy Stevenson and the band at Liberty Church in Marietta Ga last weekend. During pre-service and Communion Tommy would lay a foundation on the keyboard and we would just soar into God's Presence. There is a short video clip posted....yep, that's why I play.
